Crosby Helps Passengers Take Flight

When Alaska Airlines announced a daily nonstop flight from Portland, Oregon to Nashville, Tennessee, they wanted to create a true Nashville experience at the boarding gate to the inaugural flight. So it seemed natural to celebrate this first departure from PDX to BNA with live country music. After all, when most people think of Nashville, they think of live music. And that’s because there’s live music on street corners, in honkey tonks, at sporting events, and yes, even in airports. G7 booked budding Nashville star, Logan Crosby, to play a pop-up acoustic performance at the departure gate. Crosby starred on the ABC television show Claim To Fame before moving to Nashville to pursue a country music career. He sang songs for 30 minutes and took photos with fans and passengers while they were treated to local coffee and snacks before boarding the first direct flight to Nashville. Crosby not only performed in the gate area but also boarded the plane to catch Alaska Airlines’ first direct flight to Music City.
