the oBJECTIVE

Cisco relies on G7 to provide entertainment strategy and creative direction for their biggest live events.

OUR APPROACH

Leveraging the power of entertainment to connect with their key audiences, G7 pushes the envelope each year with innovative talent lineups that create memorable moments for conference attendees.

the outcome

For over 12 years, G7 has curated entertainment for annual events including Cisco Live, GSX, Partner Summit, and Chairman’s Club, delighting attendees with epic performances from the likes of Maroon 5, The Killers, Bruno Mars, Kings of Leon, John Legend, Pink, Katy Perry, and unique entertainment from the LA Roller Girls, DJ Ravi Drums, hip-hop dancers, aerialists, and digital caricaturists.

What started as a private performance with Keith Urban for Cisco executives grew into an inspiring program called Connected Caring, in which Keith was able to interact with patients at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital through Cisco Telepresence. These personal interactions through the Telepresence removed geographic barriers, giving children hope with simplicity and state-of–the-art video technology.

In conjunction with the Connected Caring program between Cisco, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Keith Urban, Cisco became the presenting sponsor for Urban’s RipCord World Tour. At each venue, G7 activated an intimate backstage experience, where Urban performed a handful of acoustic songs to select Cisco guests. Each concert was preceded by a meet-and-greet photo opportunity.
