the objective
In 2022, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort asked G7 to revive their annual Rendezvous Music Festival and provide a fresh perspective on talent, production, partnerships, as well as a brand identity that could live on for years to come. Together, we created a 2-day music and lifestyle festival that is a community celebration worth capping off the last week of ski season and each year we continue to raise the bar.
OUR APPROACH
Bring in talent that represents Jackson Hole’s western spirit and drives excitement with locals and visitors alike. Evolve the festival by adding curated food and beverage offerings, exciting lodging packages that make traveling easy, and engaging experiences from our partners.

the outcome
Each year, over 10K people attend, driving visitation during what is historically a slower time in the market. Through curated VIP experiences, attractive lodging packages, and finding opportunities to shine a light on local businesses, Rendezvous Music Festival has led to an increase in revenue and has made Jackson Hole the ultimate destination in April.
Musical acts have included The Avett Brothers, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, The Head and The Heart, Ryan Bingham, Elle King, Fitz and The Tantrums, and others. From top to bottom, G7 is responsible for every touchpoint, ranging from event production to operations, talent booking, branding, ticketing, social media, logistics, and sponsorship management.
